Tim and Carol Hoover are proud Lehigh Valley natives whose shared love for nature and the outdoors has shaped everything they've built together. More than twenty years ago, they established Oakwinds Farm thoughtfully enhancing the land's natural beauty over time to create a true sanctuary rooted in the heart of this community. As lifelong entrepreneurs, they have always found joy in the connections they've made right here at home, sharing their passions and way of life with those around them. It is from that same spirit of love and community that Mae's Blooms was born — a family venture cultivated together with their daughters, offering the simple, timeless gift of natural beauty through fresh-cut flowers and handcrafted arrangements, grown right here in the Lehigh Valley.
